I'm glad were doing another author because the last women that came in insipred me and I'm hoping Mrs. Broderick can do the same thing for me. I went on to her blog and found out a lot about her including how she is a very family involved women and how they are very important to her. Therese Broderick said "I am a writer with an MFA degree" which made me think of what she actually does and how she gets inspired to write. I google Mrs.Broderick to find out more about her so I can actually relate to her and found some interesting things. Therese Broderick says "I almost never post anything on the internet without using my real name" I actually think thats very smart of her. I would also post my real name because I feel that more people could trust you and connect with you. The one thing that Mrs. Broderick uses in her poems is talking about her daughter. She stated
"My daughter Elizabeth Robinson (father is Frank S. Robinson) turned 18 in January 2011. At April's End was my gift to her. Each of these 40 poems captures a moment from her infancy, childhood, or teenage years." in her interview and this really made me think of how family oriented she is. In conclusion when Therese Broderick says "When I write any new poem, I intend for it to be a beautiful work of human language (spoken/heard) that leads to wonder about the human condition." overall made me think about my work as an English student and how I am doing with writing. Through researching Mrs. Broderick I have learned many things by creating my summary that will make me write better and inspire me.

My Questions:
1.) Do you think by writing poems you become a better writer?
2.) What is so rewarding about poetry; how did you become so interested in it?
